Will Call means they are held at the box office. Depending on the show, you can either pick them up at the box office in advance or some shows you have to pick them up at the show (i.e. that night). You'll need your credit card and photo ID (and your confirmation number would help).

Some shows where they don't want scalpers buying them make you pick up your own tickets at will call. Otherwise scalpers would buy them all and resell them for 10x the price.

At the venue where the event or concert is to take place, there is a will call booth, all you have to do is show proper id and the debit or credit card you used to purchase the tickets with, for release on the day of the event, tends to be practical; no risk of loosing or misplacing the tickets on your part.

it means you have to go up to the box office (at the venue) the day of the show to get them.

That means they are reserved for you. You have to pick them up at the venue
