These websites give you the basic history about ballet. You should know at least some of the origins and history of it to get the full effect of ballet.

This website is more particular and best for people already taking ballet. If you wish to skim through them to at least get a few terms or positions in your head beforehand, it would be a good idea.

Good choice for ballet. I go to a studio that does competition and a recital. It is very good. layed back enough so you won't get yelled at or any thing on your 1st year. I don't think the sight is up yet but it is called academy of dance arts in leominster ma. good luck!

you're on the cutoff age for being too previous due. once you've outstanding organic skills you would make it, yet do not assume it. you are able to continually take training and dance for some destiny years.
