Flash Action script for stop on frame?

Question

Ok so ive made a flash animation, now in a particular frame i have created a button (no actionscript has been added yet) now i want my computer to stop at that particular frame conatining the button, the problem is how do i do that?

In this particular frame ,which contains your button, insert this action script

stop();

Note: don't use action script for button instead use it on frame
