As far as gene distribution of genes go - all humans (thats ALL HUMANS) have between 99 and 99.9% of the same genetic material. There are only a few genes that determine your skin tone, no matter what it is (exclude albinism for the moment). Your parents genes are passes on in random assortment People with lighter skin have more of the recessive genes which produce less skin pigment. In a closed population there is a given level of variation as the genes are shuffled around and different environmental factors come it play. So in answer to your question - it will depend on the ancestry of the individual and what genes they inherited from their family, this does not have to be an 'outsider', but it would be more likely to cause variation. On an aside, a friend of mine recently did a documentary on the disappearance of red-heads in the UK over the next century (as light hair colours are also recessive).

They are lovely white.
As when I was in Yokohama in a park near the tower in 1979, I stunned by the extremely lovely white beautiful two girls sitting on a bench, so I had to check them a photo to keep it for my memory.
I still have that photo, which I consider one of land marks around the world.
The Japanese r also very honest people.

their skin colour is light, whoite, then. But we usually say "white" to define Caucasians, people originaly from europe, North Africa or the Middle East, in this way, Japanese aren't obviously white.
