Johnny Depp, Cillian Murphy, and Jonathan Rhys Meyers.
I think that all three are fantastic actors and can play varied roles.
They would also be incredibly believable as brothers. Each is sexy, Depp is just a total turn on, but can also tone that down and still come off as very hot,moody or funny. Murphy is believable as a Pshcyo or anything, just incredible. Meyers, well he is also incredible, playing Elvis or opposite Scarlet Johanson, he sucks you into the character. To think he was "discovered" playing in a pool hall in Ireland. I wish I has been hanging around that place. lol
Finally, all three actors are easy on the eyes, can pass as brothers, but still have a unique look and style about them.

Jude Law, Brad Pitt and Mark Wahlberg. They're all fabulous actors and I think they'd have good on screen chemistry. They're also easy on the eyes.

I would pick Joey(matt le blanc) ross (david scrihmmer) and chandler(matthew perry) as they are all great characters in friends and they'd make really funny brothers in a comedy film.
