you could get it at the near the end of your inactive pills. i went through the same thing last month. i started my new pack of pills when i started my period. i started my period around the third inactive pill. my doc said that your menstral cycle has to "catch up" with the pill cycle and to give it a few cycles. the good thing was that my period was only three days!! hope this helps.

You should get a period after a few days of taking the inactive pills. It's not a "real" period though. It's just the lining of your uterus, not actually an egg.

You should but it may take a few pill packs before your cycle gets on track with your pill pack.

Yes but not always. If you are on a "Sunday Start" program (where you take the first active pill on Sunday, you'd normally start on Wednesday.
