Make the rain get worse...or make your running worse? What are you asking here?

Do you mean-- is it harder to run in the rain than when it's dry outside? If so, the answer is No. Not unless you let the rain bother you or you slip in the mud or get soaked to the bone when it's cold.

Make what worse? The rain? You would get wet faster if you ran in the rain instead of just standing still.

yes caus eit hits you in the face and more than likely at somepoint your gonna be running against the wind with is painful for my knees
