Make them go into any type of double bed, Together you click on the opposite sex, and there you will see words that say " Try for baby". click on it they will cuddle, and if the other sex says they agree to it, they will go under the covers, and have IT. You will see fireworks on top of them,Don't expect there going to have a baby. The only thing you can tell when the woman is fertalized is when you hear lulluby music, then your sure to have a baby. It takes a while though. And Yes, the ladys tummy will get larger and larger tell the stork comes.
Also, If you don't want to wait very long for the lady to get pregnant and have a baby, you can just go to a phone in your sims house and go to " Adoptian Center"( sorry I don't know if its adoptian center, but I know its Adoptian something....)click on it and you will have a choice to pick either a Baby, a Toddler, or a Child.Good luck!!!! And also you must at leat have more than $1,500 sims bucks!!! Horse babe

Make them love each other then get them in a two person bed and click try for baby

u keep making them kiss and hug many times and then u have a baby but its a very big headache to handle the baby!
