somebody,who i hit ,i was tried while under the influence of alcohol and prescribed drugs=Restraining order,I became ill and went to ask her for some help in getting back to the UK.i was not threatning in any way she got me a ticket and then rang the police to say i have Broken the order.six and a half months into a seven months order.I had to leave Spain or face going to prison.She has my Kids,Business,Belongings,Money,Cars.etc.I am now homeless .And am signing on.I have been told that their is a chance i could get that court order overthrown,As i was not fit at the time to go to court etc.and maybe it contrevened my Human rights.Is this right?But i cant go to Spain for fear of being arrested.I ring up to speak to my Kids but she wont answer,I have left messages and text`s begging to speak to them.Please HELP me I dont know what i can do.

You're in a difficult situation,but i think you have every right to contest your case in the court of law.Can you by any means prove she gave you money peacefully to travel to the UK?If you do then you have a chance in winning her - if not i am afraid you will lose because you have already be seen in the eyes of the law and judges as somebody notorious.
Drinking is good but we should all try to control ourselves irrespective of the amount taken.I hope you will learn from your mistake.Good luck

You sound as if you need help. You could start by going to your local "Citizens Advice Bureau" and explain the problems to them. They can then point you in the right direction and find out whether you could apply for legal aid to sort out the legal side of things.

Go to a solicitor, explain everything to them. You should be able to get legal aid. they should be able to get you access to your money and kids. They should be able to argue your case to the Spanish authority's. Good luck.
