oh the monkey would TOTALLY kick the penguins a$s because penguins are fat and slow and monkey's are fast and light and have hands AND feet....the penguin would probably be sliding all over the place and the monkey bouncing around beating the crap outta the penguin.

Interesting question.
My guess would be that the monkey would win in a fight due to the fact that they are more aggressive, stronger, quicker, and have teeth.
On the other hand, the penguin could hide a weapon under his flipper, and surprise the un-armed monkey. Though, it couldn't be a gun, because the penguin has no fingers to pull the trigger.
Also, it depends on who has 'home field advantage'.
If the fight took place in the penguins habitat, the monkey would possibly suffer hypothermia, slowing his reflexes, allowing the penguin get the upper hand.
However, if the fight took place in a tropical climate, the penguin would overheat and the sweat may impede his vision, leaving him vulnerable to attack from the side.
Now, if the penguin was trained in martial arts and the fight took place, say, in a neutral, temperate climate the flipper attacks could be lethal.
Though, the monkey could use his tail like a pogo stick and attack from above, rendering the leathal flipper blows harmless.
So, it seems to me that it would be a draw. :)

Penguins have beaks and monkeys can only through crap but penguins don't have hands and they can't hit or punch so I think the monkey would win.

i think they would realize they could do alot more if they teamed up and decided to make a really cute movie together. then they will grow in popularity til they are powerful enough to take over the world then we will be enslaved to a new race of monkey penguins or monguins, we will be the slaves to them while they ask hypothetical questions such as who would win in a fight an asian or a hispanic.
