Maybe try sending some boiling water down the sink in the bathrooms and kitchen, this might help a little and then do what Bubba said, you need to heat up the pipes, and then to keep it from happening again you have to leave one of your sinks running (low, more than a drip) this will keep them from freezing up again once you get this problem taken care of. Good luck Iam sure this is a real pain, sorry it has been a week.

first are the pipes copper or plastic if copper or metal i would recommend a hair dryer or a heat gun but BE VERY VERY CAREFUL ON THE MATERIAL around the area could burn the house or trailer up start at the place were it comes in to your basement if you got a basement but before you start check with your neighbor's to see if they have water if your in the city if you have a well check to see if it is froze i recommend another plumper

If you can get to those frozen pipes, there are wrap-around heating tapes that are available at most hardware stores. They do work. But after you get them thawed you need to address why they could freeze in the first place.

You need to bring an electric heater....not gas in the basement/crawlspace and let it run. Make sure you keep a faucet open just enough to let it drip to prevent it from happening again.
