No. Not if it retains the cursed, evil name of NTL. It is the most stinking, awful, lousy, s**t company ever to have existed. I spent weeks trying to speak to ANYONE at that f*****g company and in the end, I threw myself at the feet of BT and begged them to take me back. They did, and now I'm with BT for ever!

I certainly hope so. I have managed to get the digital TV part of a monthly deal (with phone & Internet) free due to the picture freezing, this happend on all programmes and I wasn't happy, so I complained, got nowhere with NTL as usual. So I told them to come and take digital TV box back because I was not going to pay for it, in it's present state.I won't get up and turn all off, or take out the card and then replace it, again, as they wanted me to, to try and get it right .I pay for a service and if it is not satisfactory out it goes. NTL told me to have the TV free, so I do.

ntl are the pits now they have been taken over was a customer for 10 years untill they changed service terriable we swaped to sky and bt and have had great service and calls answered in less than 5 mins compared to ntl when they can be bothered

I have been with NTL for 3 years I have up to now have had no trouble with them.I had problems with net untill I got rid of IE7.
The tele is same has sky except i have email which comes in handy.Have to get use to virgin then will be able to say what I think up to now im not impressed.

The last time I travelled by Virgin was on their trains 2 years ago...they were filthy and the toilets did not work! On a long distance train, that was awful

i was with telewest for my internet who have also been taken over by virgin. i didn't have any problems before the takeover and haven't had any since (yet!).
