You do realise that "Madeliene" isn't the correct spelling don't you? The actual name is "Madeleine". Sometimes spelt "Madeline". It's a very pretty French name.
How many middle names is she going to have? 1 or 2?
Traditionally the second middle name is one of your family names. Particularly a name that you don't want to lose.

so eg: Madeleine "1rst middle name" "family name" "surname".
Madeleine "Coco" "Johnson" "Smith"

It's a way of mentioning "good" or "nobility" names that your family has had but lost through marriage. So for instance if your grandmother's maiden name is "Saxe-Coburg", you may choose to call your child "Madeleine Coco Saxe-Coburg Smith".

The first middle-name I would see as an opportunity to go a bit creative and give her something unusual. She'll never be forced to use it so you can give her an eccentric name.

as in my example earlier:

eg: Madeleine "1rst middle name" "2nd middle name" "surname".
Madeleine "Coco" "Johnson" "Smith"

So I can't guess your personal taste (though Madeleine is an adorable name so maybe something equally adorable or conversely something harsher to balance it). Up to you.
You can also name the first middle name after someone you like or love. But frankly that's boring - I'd choose something fun - like "Poppy" or "Coco" or something!
