Of Mice and Men, Curly's wife is described as one. Dangerous Liasons definately has one.
Mary Crawford in Mansfield Park is manipulating like Scarlett o'Hara but I wouldn't necessarily class her as a femme fatale.
The wikepedia page for Femme fatale has a few people on there. have a look at it/

Lady Macbeth was a real Femme Fatale; so was Cleopatra; I suppose Eve was too; the first seductress.
For a real life Femme Fatale, try reading the life story of Maud Gonne, who was loved by the poet, W.B.Yeats. Boy, did she break hearts!

I suppose you could call Cathy Earnshaw from Wuthering Heights a 'femme fatale' seeing as she drove Heathcliff insane.
Also, perhaps Becky Sharp from Vanity Fair, or am I thinking in the wrong direction?
I suppose you could count Morgan le Fay - King Arthur's half-sister - seeing as she was a bit of a scheming *****!

Try Kelley Armstrong's 'Women Of The Otherworld' series-they have a strong, sexy lead character called Elena who knows how to use her looks/personality/strengths to get what she wants outta people.
Similar stuff by Laurell K Hamilton's 'Anita Blake' series has an equally strong lead female character.
They're good books that SHOULD be made into movies!!

Also, many Gothic novels have femme fatales.
