Draw people.I want them to look like cartoons once I finish.Please help me!!

If you rent the "Over The Hedge" DVD, it has a special feature where one of the artists shows you how to draw cartoon characters from the movie. I don't know if he does people, I didn't watch it all the way through.

If you want to learn to draw faces, or just portraits shoulders up-- you need to learn the proper proportions of the face. you need to learn how light works on various forms, and you need to work on your line quality.
There's no website in the world or book that will give you a "how to draw perfect people in 10 easy steps" it takes practice, patience, and effort.
