It should. I used to have an iron deficiency and my hair started to thin out, but now it is as thick as it ever was. Just start taking supplements if you can't get enough iron in your regular meals.

If you are so iron deficient that your hair is falling out, I would go to the hospital and get some IV iorn. Yes, it will grow back, just like a chemo patient's hair eventually grows back. But seriously, if you haven't actually gotten checked out, lots of medical problems can cause your hair to fall out, and you should see a doctor.

A lot of dermatologists may not agree to the fact that iron deficiency could be a major cause of hair loss, however most of them dont deny that it is an important contributing factor, besides, a lot of hair loss treatments may not work efficiently with low iron stores.

i had hair loss through phsoriasis. it does grow back dont worry honestly .just realy look after urself and use the mild soaps an see what happens in a week or 2
