Not so much, it could work in some cases. Just Virgos are way too sensitive and critical for a Libra, that they'd be better off being a silent couple or they'll just argue a lot. Virgo won't like Libra's out going ways and interacting with people all the time, and Libra won't like Virgo's judgments made.
