If u want to be wealthy then don't.The cost of fish and potatoes is on the up and increasing all the time.But if u just want to be a fish n chip shop owner then you'd need a place of business,research the areas of interest 4 the most populated and in an area that is frequented constantly.Pick the most economical supplier whilst not forgetting quality.Make tasty food and remember people are getting healthier so no greasy cra p

In this kind of business location, location, location
Find a place where people can find you, park close by, walk to you and is close to a high residential/shopping area.
Find out who your market are and what kind of fish and chips they want. e.g. basic, upmarket, quick, sit down etc
Decide on
menu
pricing
opening hours
The work out your branding concept - how you want to be perceived and remembered by your customers.
Get your fixtures and fittings and stock.
Have a grand opening.

I agree with DanUK.....Don't do it......you'll stink and get STRESSED outta your head...trust me i seen many freinds who can't wait to sell their shops....You'll be better off using the ££ to invest in the stock market! same returns same STRESS, NO Smell!! :)
