Well, I have never smoked nor do I plan to ever smoke, but I think that television is more addicting... there are soo many shows on and so much of the American life is spent watching it. Television is harder, there is no 'patch'.

Never had a cigarette problem but breaking free of soap operas was fairly easy. When I relapsed after having not watched for weeks, I found I had not missed much at all. That cured me.

I read somewhere that nicotine is more addictive than Heroin

Cigarettes are harder to quit because of the tobacco. It is a drug.

When you smoke, the whole thing affects your neurons... and slows the productivity because the passages are blocked. Once you stop smoking... it all can flow again, but because productivity has been slowed for so long... it weakens you... and your body starts sending signals... these cause the cravings for more cigarettes...

on the other hand... television doesn't exactly enter your bloodstream and affect your neurons...

therefore. Cigarettes. =]]

TV. I was a 2 1/2 packer for ten years and quit cold turkey about 26 years ago. I think it's a tube thing. I am giving up TV time for this *%@#%&@ computer. LOL

Neither.

I don't have an addictive personality....

Perhaps nicotine is harder to quit (for those with the problem)... Television doesn't necessarily relax you, it's just background noise or eye candy.. ;)

Cigarettes. Someone threw the TV out the window a month ago, and I have not even bothered to fix it.
