If one of the computers is XP, you can use the transfer wizard.
You can also burn a CD or DVD, copy them to a USB hard drive, or you can install both hard drives in one computer, with one as the slave.

HI,...
I'm sure this may be considered the long way..
But, If you have nothing else, It works,..

Email:
Create an seprate email-addy on each PC.
Send the files from Pc to Pc by attachment.

Disc:
Write the Files to a disc and transfer from and to Pc's.

Yahoo!IM:
(I'm still working on this myself,)..- Set-up an Unique Yahoo-Im account on each machine, then transfer file thru Yahoo-Im file-transfer. )
You'll need to ensure that either IM Id is different from the other.

FTP-ing:
If you have a Website, most likely you may have access to the server.
Use your Website. You can FTP the files to your Website then access
them from another PC.

Hope this helps.

*add-with computer completely off. usually there is a connector for a second hard drive on a hard drive cable.

You can find this software through Dell's consumer products website call "PC migration software" It allows you to connect two computers via USB cable and the software allows you to select which files you want to move. Go to www.dell.com, look under "electronics & accessories", click "software", then click "Migration & Backup"
