If we knew where you are located, it would be easier. Quite bluntly, anyone can take anyone to a dinner and movie at any time.
Valentine's if it is to be special ought to have some special part to it.
If you do decide to do a basic thing adding to it flowers, or at least a single rose, card, and box of sweets, and a little stuffed animal to remember the occasion will add that special dimension.

Taking a girl out isn't the only way to have a great time. I recommend you to leave the whole day for you and her only. wake her up with her breakfast (if you live with her), take her out to somewhere you havent took her yet - i.e. bowling, beach (if it is convenient so you could see the sunset together)- take her back home, play some games (whatever game comes up to your mind that might be fun), prepare a delicious dinner together, watch your favourite movie while having dinner, and many more ideas that might come up to your mind! there is only one valentine's day a year, you got 364 days to plan it... well... you got less than 3 days actually... but just surprise her anyway and i promise you no disappointment for either of you two!
Oh! and don't forget to turn ur mob off!!!

For me,anywhere would do.Well,almost.If I had to make a choice,it'd be the beach.To watch the sunset.And you could take a picnic along.

well valentines days all about love, spending time with your lover so i sujjest a restaurant, somewhere posh and fancy, then take her somewhere where there is a beautiful view, somewhere where houses look like so little, itll be so romantic.

somehwere fun along with romantic...take her ice skating, or the zoo, or an amusement park...or a fun science museum, or a casino even(penny slots are so much fun, and cheap!!), you can always make it romantic with a nice dinner out...but keep it fun! try not to stress over keeping the night/day all lovey dovey and romantic..its healthy and enjoyable to laugh!!! keep it fun and easy going!!
