First of all, Try not to use acronyms when asking questions.
Second, and most importantly, your deck lacks structure, please try to revise this deck so that you can get some good combos, because it looks as though you rely on getting a good monster and then run with it. Try to base the deck around a theme, with like cards that work well with each other, so that they can make each other stronger, and defend against different types of decks.
Your ratio of high-level monsters to low-level monsters, should be about 5-1 so for every high level monster, try to have about three to five low level tribute monsters.
Also, try to limit the number of cards that you find are situational, and only work to counter one card.
Other than a few simple things, the deck could work well. Hope i helped.

Cool a soul monarch deck. Don't listen to the first few answerers. This is a really nice deck. I suggest you take out the ceasefire for a sakeretsu armor.

Its completely GARBAGE. Things are thrown around in there. Celestia's effect only activates when tributed by a Lightsworn monster. The deck sucks dude. Throw it away.

its good you have some rare cards but instead of putting premature burial put monster reborn and instead of brain control put change of heart and then put raigeki then your deck will be stronger

it is good but you wont win with it too much so try to find harder cards like sliver and oblesk
