Bravo on finding and cherishing love! Who cares what the labels are. Does it really matter "who's the lesbian" when you compare that small worry to the enormity of your feelings and commitment to each other? People will try to label you and pigeonhole you (be careful -- most will be unkind or even hostile, even family and friends), but your job is to focus on your relationship. If you want it to continue, treat it no differently than if you were a hetero couple. Communication, respect, and patience will be just as important. Good luck.

Lasting relationships are also equal partnerships. You really don't need to define the "role" of your partner. Believe it or not you have a healthy and well grounded relationship. Congratulations and I wish you a long and prosperous future.
