where can i download smart restore for my packard bell desktop? it uses win xp?

Restore media for PCs is not freely available for download.
You need to call the manufacturer & order them (if still available).

There should be a program on your computer called Smart Restore.
To find this program click on start "bottom left corner" then click on all programs, click on Packard Bell Support this will open a small menu then click on Smart Restore and there you will find the option to create a restore disk.
