I click on add photos, they come up fine, when I click on the page though to save them, it directs me back to the home page without adding the photos.

Usually its because the file is too big - i also had a real problem as i used mozilla rather than internet explorer and it wouldnt work - i had to use internet explorer to add photos.

this could be for any number of reason, ranging from the files are too large or the wrong format to use on the site. or the system administrator has to manually approve the picture before it is shown correctly.

the first answer is correct, you should be looking through the help section on ebay for an answer. if that is unable to help, then use the contact us form (on most websites) to ask a question or report what could be a fault on the system.

it could be your firewall blocking the upload.
try compresssing the picture format down to just a few kilobytes in size and then try again. as if the picture is from a modern high res camera for example then the picture file size is normally in the MB not KB range. which could be your problem.

good luck. and your first action is or should be the ebay website help section.

Why don't you search the Ebay FAQS? Or report the error to ebay?
