yes i have felt like this and knowing that my kids would be left without a mum has got me to stick it out.

if you truley feel this bad then no one one here will be able to make you feel any better, in fact it will do the opposite.

i can tell you that the world turns and as it does it brings us both heartache and happiness not necessarily in equal quantiites. but things do change and if you can pick up the phone and get yourself someone sympathetic and responsible to speak to, you will get the help that you so obviously need.

be strong, think about those who love you and if you cant do that, think about the ones that you can love, help etc.

pick up the phone now, speak to the samaritans , your gp or a good friend but talk to someone now.

take care and good luck

Whenever I get like this I take a moment to think about others.
Although the last thing you want to do is feel sorry for others at the moment, you have to think about how suicide would affect your family and friends.
Sometimes it helps to talk to a family member, they probably don't even realise your feelings, but if you don't tell them then how can they expect to.
I had a lots of months feeling suicidal before I finally broke down to my partner, even then I couldn't explain why I felt like this, just that I did. He supported me at a doctors appointment and I was given anti-depressants, the change in me as a person within 6-8 weeks wan unbelievable.
It's only a thought but maybe these feelings could be treated with medical help.
Please take care, I'm sure you are worth a lot more than a suicide obituary. Chin up :o) XX

Tried that - I still have the scars on my wrists, and though life has been very hard, life IS worth living - I am so glad I went into a psychiatric ward and got help.
My son being born changed my perspective - he would not be here now if that had happened, and he is so beautiful. Something you do later will make the world a better place, a more beautiful place, and you are needed and a part of everything. Go to your GP as a first port of call get therapy and medication.

You are in a depression which is why you can't cure yourself. My granddaughter was 13 and she tried to commit suicide several times. However she is now 15 and full of life and beautiful.

You need to get into counseling and get some anti depression medication. It also takes a lot of patience because my granddaughter had to get her dosage upped, then down, but now she is on the correct dose.

Life is full of miracles as well as heartaches.. I urge you to pick up the phone and call a counsellor and make an appoint. Have some patience.

Good Luck

No, i don't think that suicide is the only possible way out. Question yourself differently, with more stabbing questions. Think of those who love you, what will they do if you are gone? Think of the situation you and your loved ones are in. Will your suicide help the situation to end? will it bring the fire down? and what will happen to those who were taking you as a support to live their lives through the difficulties? who will shelter them? And think, tomorrow, even if you want to come back, u can't becoz u will be in heaven and ur body would be deep inside the earth. God sends everyone to earth with a task installed in their hands, and one doesn't have any rights to go back without that task completed. Question yourself, have you completed that task? And after all this, think of an alternative solution to the problem... good luck :-)

i was that way too for a long time - the thing that helped me was when i finally told someone close how i felt - i went to the doctor and got some meds - the crisis response team came to see me - i got a counsellor - and i called someone when i felt low - sometimes just to cry but they stopped me doing something that i thought i wanted at that moment

please please please call someone - the samaritans are always there and there is a crisis response team in every area

you feel that there is no way out right now - i can tell you there is a way out - it just is so hard to see it right now

please call someone right now - the samaritans - a friend or family member - and call your doctor on monday morning as well

your family or friends might not be able to do anything other than listen and take you to the doctors - and they may even seem unsympathetic to you - mine were the same - but they care and believe me in the long run you will feel better

i promise that

i didnt believe it but i am here now and i can tell you it is true - just dont expect to feel better overnight

please call someone right now

I feel like this all the time... when i fall out with friends or when i have had a row with my family or even when everything just seems to go wrong and the whole world hates me.But then later when everythings been sorted out i feel stupid and am sooo glad i didnt do it. SO WHATEVER YOU DO DONT DO IT! coz just think of all the people who you would hurt.. your family, firends...every1 hu knows you. If you really need help i suggest seeing a doctor or phsycaitrist about your problem. Look on the bright side and things will soon get better. BUT DONT KILL URSELF COZ U WILL REGRET IT! xx good look xx

It's been proven that most people consider suicide at least once in their lives. Obviously the percentage who actually commit suicide is very low. You did not mention why you are thinking of this, so I an only suggest that you inquire as to a free clinic in your area, and discuss your feelings with a professional. You may come to see another way.

I have felt like this and its the worst place to be,i actually did take a handfull of pills and i was so scared after, sounds a bit silly but at the time my dog was the one who saved me,he was all i had at the time and i couldn't leave him behind.I think mine was a call for help and i've had councilling and anti depression tablets before.Im better from all that now and you learn how to deal with depression, when you come out of that you realise what a dark place it is.Please get help,go to your gp and tell her/him your desperate. They will refer you to councilling and prescribe you anti depressents.Good luck, and stay strong dont give in to the thoughts.

You are probably suffering from depression, possibly clinical depression, and need to see a doctor and get diagnosed and treated as soon as possible. Make an appointment NOW! Then go to: www.depression.com/- and view the blogs of Shan Eris on "tackling depression" at myspace.com and afterwards, type in "depression" in the bar at the top of the homepage for that site. Join a support group at Myspace;groups or in person.
