Not very often but when it does, I have a mouth of pure hell. I try to keep my temper most of the time and I am pretty sucessful. I hate when I act like a mad woman. I think the first step is admitting it, right???

Not too often, I usually just go for a walk and get away from the problem. I can usually just talk things over face to face honestly without loosing it.

Rarely. And when it does it actually makes me physically sick. I guess being sick is the result of the intense emotion coupled with the embarrassment of losing my composure.
