Do you have an older sister? I have a 13 year old sister (I'm 22 with one child and pregnant with number 2) and I would like to think that she would come to me for help if she was in a difficult situation.
If not, you need to tell your family so that they can sit down with you and make a decision about your future and the future of your baby. Your age could be a problem for your baby, as your body is not yet properly formed, your baby could have problems or be born prematurely, but nothing is certain.
Remember - the desicion as to whether to keep the baby or not is up to you, don't let anyone try to push you to either keep or get rid of it, but think seriousley before acting.
Good luck to you, I hope it all works out.

You need to talk to your Mom, or your Aunt or someone that is close to you in your family. Even though this is a very scary moment in your life and you may think that they will be upset with you. I've helped a lot of families where this situation has happened. Even if you don't think you can talk to your mom, try anyway. OR if you have a better relationship with your dad there no reason you can't talk to him. This is your health and your life depends on talking to an adult in your family right now. Good luck and stay strong.

Why do you think this? Purchase an Early Pregnancy Test at the local drug store and take the test. If you are pregnant YOU MUST approach your parents for their guidance. If you are NOT pregnant YOU MUST ABSTAIN! You are entirely too young to be having sex. Sex comes with so many committments that you are not ready to handle. Good luck sugar!

Speak with an adult you trust (your mom, an aunt, a guidance counselor, a friend's mom, a cousin) and have that person take you to the doctor at once. That adult can also help you tell your parent(s) if you decide to have the baby and you are afraid to tell them. Please do not do anything to yourself to try to abort the fetus - speak to the doctor about your options. Best wishes.

Go to someone mature that you trust that can give sensible advice, if you are afraid of going to your mom. This person could be a nurse at the health centre near to you or someone of character-maybe this person could assit you in breakin the news to your mother. in the meantime make sure you take your vitamins(esp iron and folic acid) because you are still growing and the fetus is feeding off you.

If you suspect you're pregnant, you need to see a doctor. Find out if there are any clinics in your area.
Once you know for sure, you need to talk to your parents. It may not be easy but, they will find out eventually and it's best if you talk to them first.

Most of these answers have told you to talk with your parents. Obviously you don't feel comfortable talking to them or you wouldn't be posting on the internet. If there is any adult that you feel close to, do talk to them. If not, look up planned parenthood and give them a call. They can talk to you about all your options.

How pregnant? Please go and tell an adult who you trust such as one of your parents. Hopefully they will be able to give you advice and help you. you will also need to see a dr, to arrange antenatal care or discuss your options, if it is early enough and you do not want to keep the baby.
