well, It's probably because she caught your eye. Its up to you to find her. If you think about her that much I think you should. Or Maybe It's just lust/Love at first sight i am not sure which to put for that.

It sounds like a crush and crushes can be normal and healthy if it makes us realize what traits we are attracted to in a person and helps us pick out a future potential person we are interested in.
You only think you need her as she possesses a trait or traits that you feel you lack in yourself to make you a whole person; which is not true.
Crushes can be toxic you obsess over a way to capture the heart of someone you don't even know, especially when it is to the point you are excluding real-life possibilities that are likely all around you if you take the time and effort to truly look.

You need to get over this as quickly as possible. I'm not saying that to be rude, I'm saying that to be helpful. Thinking too much isn't necessarily a problem in and of itself, but it can certainly be a big problem if it's an unhealthy line of thought, and especially if said line of thought is pursued exclusively. Go outside. Look at some trees. Think about the vastness of the universe. Get your mind onto other things. No sense torturing yourself. No good will come of it.

Get a grip, do something productive with your time, if you are thinking about one thing too much it can be self destructive.
You might just have too much time on your hands and thats why you think too much... go clean the windows or wash the car, then do all the neighbours as well - clear your head ....she is married anyway !!!!
