That conclusion doesnt sound logical so you must have skipped a step somewhere.

People are crazy
People who are crazy are innocent
Innocent people are sinless
SInless people go to heaven
Ergo, crazy people go to heaven.

NOT!
Flawed argument.

People who have snapped out from reality don't always tend to be innocent. They also think and perform evil deeds. SDometimes they can even get away from court judgements using the plea for insanity.

Unless you mean the mentally challenged people(with communication or learning disorder) - those born with autism, or down syndrome etc. But they are not considered crazy. They were just born with abnormalities. But if these people, did ever commit a crime, there would be lesser, i guess, conviction to be indicted to them.
In contrast, crazy people in Psychology, are people who were born normal but by certain unfortunate circumstances caused by either their uncontrollable excessive emotions(anxiety, fear, anger, love etc)and/ or their mind ( can no longer cope to reason out their excessive emotions) cannot trully determine what is real and what is not as conformed to the truth that there is. These people are not innocent, nor guilty. The right judge will do the ruling.

interesting question that raises another...does anyone go to heaven? If one believes in reincarnation, and a Bhuddist world view, every soul may well experience a lifetime where they are "crazy" as part of the cycle of reincarnation. It seems a bit presumptive to disallow the Bhuddist worldview out of hand.
Turning to a more traditional Judeao-Christian worldview, The arguement might be phrased differently, as well. What is "crazy"? Who is to judge it? For the most part, it seems that "crazy" is just a way for the majority of individuals to put a minority down. Put another way, what is abnormal behaviour? Is any behaviour abnormal? I would suggest that all behaviour is normal, but that it may be inappropriate at times. Any given behaviour may be illegal, immoral, or (pardon the cliche) fattening, but that does not make it abnormal. The judgement of man is generally legalistic, as one man's morality may differ from anothers. This would move the question of moral judgement (hence, progression to heaven) to God. I would therefore conclude that it is not possible for one individual to determine conclusively, first, if a an other individual is crazy, and second, if a crazy person is going to heaven.

A STAR question for sure!!

We are under a mistaken impression that intention is more important than action.... in other words, somehow we believe that if the intention is good, even wrong actions can be forgiven. However, this universe runs on cause and effect syndrome and thought as well as actions are causes that can not escape the effects.

The crazy may not so intend, and yet many of their actions would force them to face the consequences.... exactly that is what applies in respect of sins as well... so the crazy can not be assumed to be virtuous or no-sinners just because they are not in a position to intend a sin. On this logic, I would say that even the crazy are not guaranteed to go to heaven.... come to think of it, the ticket to heaven can not be bought by us through our actions because we can never totally avoid any wrong action.... it can come to us only through the mercy of God.

Innocent people neednot go to heaven.A virtous one goes to heaven.& going to heaven is almost like attaining salvation which isnt easy.Surely a crazy one cant be like Dharmaraja or Harischandra(i hope u know these two mythological characters. Both were very righteous & never uttered a lie).Crazy, Innocent & Virtous r different.Only on attaining salvation the chain of rebirth is broken.

It's the intentions of the heart, crazy or not that will determine who goes as so many people believe we will go to either heaven or hell. I on the other hand believe we are in hell, if there is such a place and going to heaven is just a matter of losing your skin{flesh}The bible says, "life is everlasting" crazy or not! Everybody goes back to which they came.

Crazy people may be granted access to yonder heaven before all others. Crazy people are "not" innocent, but they are most beloved to their Creator who endowed them with some light that we don't have.

They have some blazing light in themselves that we don't have, and so we don't understand them, and so we bluntly call them crazy. But their Creator confers holy justice upon them and so He eases their heavenly path into yonder Paradise where they then may ever enjoy the blessed light of His glowing nearness.

I have seen a few challenged people who express such godliness and love for God that it marvels me. Similarly, many so called crazy people are so clear minded in their cursing God and doing evil. To that extent, a mentally challenged person who operates at such simplistic level can make a simple choice for God is such simple ways, when more presumably sane people complicate God. The key remains choice. Whether you are manifestly crazy, self-inflictedly crazy, born crazy or presumably sane, everyone (adult) is entitled to a moment of choice for or against God. What we make of that moment and afterwards is what takes us to heaven or elsewhere

Not concerned about being politically correct, are you? There are many people with chemical imbalances in their brains. Do you consider them crazy? Many are never diagnosed and lead average lives. Others live normal lives with medication.

So not sure who you're referring to, and I certainly don't speak for God, but I'm sure some would, others wouldn't, like any other generalized group.
