i had that same problem all u have to do is wear them for a while and if they r to stiff for u to wear them in public then wear them around the house thats wat i ususally do u could also try washing it in fabric softener

wash them a few times in really hot water in the machine then you could use a fabric softener but be aware they may shrink and may fade. If they fade badly can be dyed but if they shrink you have to diet which is probably not a bad idea as jeans look better on a slimmer body so good luck

If you are near the ocean, tie them to a piece of rope (through a beltloop), and toss them in. After ten minutes, they should be well soaked. Take them home, wash them out, and you'll notice a big change in them when you wear them.

fill washer with water
add a container of table salt
soak 1/2 hr
spin out
wash as usual
