i have 3 suggestions.
1) Do it as soon as you get out of the bath/shower as the pores are open therefore it is easier and less painful to pluck.
2) Use on icecube to numb your eyebrows
3) Add some bonjela to your eyebrows. The bonjela numbs the area first making it less painful. This method seriously works!
Give them a go! :)

MY rule of thumb is to pluck, wax or thread no where within a week before my menstrual cycle; that way my body in general isn't as sensitive. And if I have to, then I take an Xtra Strength Advil/Tylenol about half hour before.
If that kind of relief isn't an option for you, It also helps to take a warm face cloth, apply it for a few minutes to the brow area to open up the pores a bit. Stretch the area of skin that you're working on and take your time, to be sure that you actually get a good hold of the individual hairs that you're plucking. By doing that you're avoiding breakage of the hair before the root with the tweezers which only leads to having to go searching for it again!
Hope this helped!

Well...As the saying goes"It is painful to be beautiful"... Having said that... Open your pores with a warm towel. Powder your eyebrow with talc powder. Pull the eyebrow skin out so that it is tight and begin to pluck "grin and bare it"...It seems the faster you pluck the less pain you feel. Try to pluck one hair at a time. The thicker and older the hair the pain you will feel. Maintain your eyebrows and the pain becomes less... And never shave them...Good luck

Do it jsut after a hot bath or shower. The heat opens your pores. Either that or hold an ice cube over the eyebrow before you pluck. Make sure the ice cube is wrapped in tissue first though.

Keep plucking every day or two then it's only the odd one or two strands at a time and it's not so bad. I've heard that if you rub a little Bonjela on your brow it has an anaesthetic effect and makes it not so sore.

I feel your pain! Mine hurt like hell when i do them and I always leave them to grow back fully before doing them again so I'm a glutton for punishment. I just attack mine and after a few minutes of severe plucking they go numb. It's a nasty job but has to be done. Waxing is meant to hurt but the pain is over in one go.

Pluck after a shower or hot bath, in a steam filled room. Also don't pluck near your period as you are more sensitive to pain.

pluck them when you've been in the shower or bath and always pluck away in the same direction that the hair is growing rather than the opposite direction of hair growth

With one hand hold the tweezers and grab the hair you want to pluck. Then with your other hand press down against the bottom of the hair and then pull the tweezers. It kills a lot of the pain.
