Hi!
Do any of you know of a REPUTABLE company that is willing to buy my timeshare or help me sell it? They are super hard to get "rid of", but I am offering a great deal. I've dealt with companies willing to help for a "hefty" fee. I'm not interested in such business ventures. Have any of you dealt with a good company or know someone who has? Please let me know. Thanks a lot!

In the Va Beach area Realtors list time shares in the MLS. You wouldnt be required to pay anything unless it sells. The going commission rate is 10% (5% to each agent). Email me if you want some names and numbers of Agents who do these listings. Probably a better bet than going through a company who will pay you a fraction of what you could get for it on the open market.
