I had a positive Hcg test, experiencing brown discharge, intermitent pain to the right shoulder. I have also realized that the left side of my pelvic area below the umbilicus is a bit distended than the right side, im wondering is this normal? Can you assist please.

Yes...I agree seek medical attention! I had a stabbing pain in my lower right side (no shoulder pain or discharge) and it was a large endometriotic cyst that took over my whole left ovary. I found it on a Thursday and was in for surgery on Monday to have my left ovary removed. They feared cancer, thank god it was not. But your ovaries act similar to your brain (left side works the right side) If your right side hurts (and it's ovary related) it will be your left ovary. Sort of weird. But yes, nothing to play around with get into the doctor ASAP!!
