I have brown discharge, also pain to my right shoulder. The lft side of my pelvic area is slightly distended?

I had a positive Hcg test, experiencing brown discharge, intermitent pain to the right shoulder. I have also realized that the left side of my pelvic area below the umbilicus is a bit distended than the right side, im wondering is this normal? Can you assist please.
