I am getting back pain at nights and it is slowly reducing after passing urine. I have no pain while urination nor have the pain during the day. I do not feel the pain in the bladder but I get this back pain frequently only during the nights.

try putting a plywood under your mattress and over the box spring.
my wife has had back problems and she sleeps on the kitchen floor ..on a very light matt.
also check your pillow and make sure it is not cramping your neck.
chirapractors can help...

It's your bed. I have the same thing. We often fall asleep in the recliners in the evening. I wake up with my back/bladder screaming with pain, I don't have any problem going to the bathroom either. It never happens if I go to bed and fall asleep only when I sleep in the recliner. I just take a Back & Body pain killer and go to bed and I am fine.
