Woman or man, black or white, it really doesn't matter. It is the character of the person that counts. Do they have integrity? Are they a leader? Can they unify a country?
These are the important attributes rather than gender.

It's a well know fact that women mature faster than men. If women lead the world... instead of throwing bombs they would sit down over tea and talk it out or just have a cat fight and that would be the end of it. They would be best friends the next day! Come on girls, lets through these men out of office and make this world a better place!!

It's not that simple. It all depends on their morals. If they have good morals (male or female) then some say they are a good leader. If they have poor morals, others say they are a good leader. I don't think that gender really plays into what a good leader is.

An Honorable , MORAL man, who cares about the little people would be. The reason why is women are usually to emotional, like bush, and make emotional decisions without good thought. Without thinking of people (humanity) etc.

Fcuk no. Please, you wish. Every Black man needs to be treated as an individual. Every Black man doesn't need to be with a Black woman. She did handle her business, which is cool, but it isn't because she's "Black," it's because she loves her man, and any color girl is capable of loving a man. Yes, I think it's wrong that she got in trouble for that.

i think that it all depends on the person...but in general i believe that a man is a better leader of a country...i am not sexist THERE ARE A LOT OF THINGS WOMEN DO BETTER THAN MEN, but i don't think that the typical women's brain is right to rule a country....
men are better at making decisions just by looking at facts, logic, and rationale...and not getting their emotions and personal beliefs caught up in it.

I think it depends upon the individuals in question. I think, however, that in most cases, there would be fewer wars, if a woman was running things!!!!!

both as a team.....women have the intuiton and sensitivity needed for the job and men have the determination and presence for it when you put them together, assuming good charactor, thats the best possible solution...
