Rob and May are married. May is infertile, and has been trying all sorts of treatments to no avail.
Awhile back, Rob met Dawn while Dawn was pretending to be Mrs. Beale (perish the thought!) and Rob and Dawn started an affair. Dawn became pregnant, as most Eastenders women do at some point.
May desperately wants a baby, so concocted a plan to pay off Dawn for Dawn and Rob's baby. Dawn just wants Rob to herself, and Rob wants both women (well, we don't really know, the sleazy so-and-so he is). May is just desperate and will do anything to have a baby, even if it means keeping Dawn and Rob together long enough to get it.

Well Rob had a fling with Dawn when he was having a trial seperation with his wife, they then got back together and he finished with Dawn. May his wife wanted a baby really badly and they kept failing at ivf. Then it turned out that Dawn was pregnant with Robs baby, so May and Rob were going to buy it off her and at first she agreed but couldnt stand seeing Rob with May because shes in love with him so she was going to have a termination instead. May then came up with the idea for Rob to start seeing Dawn again so she keeps the baby, which is what hes doing. Hes told Dawn that he will leave May after the baby is born and will get loads of money out of May for them to run away with. When really himself and May just want the baby. So May has told Rob to do whatever it takes which includes him having sex with Dawn in the hall way, while shes on the other side of the door.

Yes, it was may's idea for rob to continue the affair with dawn just until the baby is born and may thinks this will keep dawn on side to giving the baby to rob and may to bring up when it is born.

May is SOOOO desperate to get Dawn's baby, that she is allowing hubby Rob to do anything he must to keep Dawn on side.
Even if this means that May has to listen cowering and crying in a corner while Rob and Dawn make the beast with 2 backs.
It's all a bit far-fetched and wierd, but nothing worse than Phil Mitchell's new gf, Stella. Now come off it Mr(s) Casting Director. When did Phil Mitchell go blind?????

At the moment Rob seems to be doing his wife the Doc's bidding. May's actually encouraging him to keep the affair doing with Dawn to keep her sweet until the baby is born.
But I think in the end, Rob will see that he really loves Dawn. His wife is a manipulitive psycho who cares more about having a baby, even if she has to buy one, than anything else, including Rob!

It's very complicated but Rob kept seeing Dawn to keep her in the square and pregnant. All he's interested in is getting his baby off her, so he's keeping up the pretence until she has it. Dr May has agreed for him to this (stupidly) because she's desperate to get that baby too, but obviously it's killing her seeing him with Dawn. Dawn is apparently oblivious to all this and thinks Rob wants her.

Ok a very confusing story line but here it goes.
Dawn found out she was pregnant and was going to abort however May found out about the affair and baby but much to her husbands shock she told him to do what ever it took to get Dawn to keep the baby. They offered her money in exchange for baby at first she was not going to do it then he told her to keep i because they could get as much money as they could out of poor wife and use it to make a fresh start for them. With me so far?
Well really he has no intention of ever being with Dawn he is srtinging her along because he loves his wife (dont they all) and want the baby for his wife. May is encouraging this so he has to do whatever it takes to keep Dawn happy so she has baby and hands it over to them.
Dawn told people in pub the other night she was pregnant as she got so cross seeing May have fun with friends and they were taliking about Dawn being slapper.
Position is now Rob doing anything to keep Dawn sweet to save his marrage to May and have the baby.
Felt bad for poor May last night having to listen to them whilst she was trapped in bedroom it will all end in tears.

I'm confused too. I thought Rob and May had decided to string Dawn along so that she was too far gone to have an abortion but having seen last night's programme, I'm totally lost.
Perhaps May is just a voyeur??
