Can I have your email address? LOL! ...no seriously!

Your cardio is probably poor as you focus more on lifting weights than doing cardio. If it really bothers you start running, gradually your cardio should improve and be able to push yourself more. Or just have lots of rigorous sex!

If that fails or you already do the above perhaps you should see your GP.

hey, just because you have an athletic body, it doesn't mean that you will have a good aerobic capacity. i am average height and weight, and an average amount of body fat. my brother is somewhat like you describe yourself. we play the same sports. when we used to go to the gym, he used to do only weights (but is still skinny, he plays soccer, he cant be too big), and i did weights and cardio. i can outrun him any day, even though he has a better body. i would reccomend you do some aerobic training, perhaps start with some interval training. hope this helps

muscle endurance and aerobic endurance are 2 completly different disciplins..a low BMI means that you will have depleted stores of energy which wont help you keep going at cardio fitness.muscles need protien and water but u need carbs intake for energy to swimm or run to get aerobicly fit.swimming is easier on the joints than running.also racket sports, circiut training or playing sport like football or rugy will give your heart and lungs a workout.build up slowly and u should get checked with the doc 1st..blood pressure and resting pulse rate is a good indication to how fit u are and how much excersise is safe for you. x

Perhaps there's a history of heart problems in the family. Check with your GP.

Sounds like you'[ve worked on your arms and legs and chest ... but not your heart.

Do more cardio!

Have you had an ECG. Might be a heart condition. See your GP.
