I need a place that sells really cheap prom dresses, like under $200. I don't want to buy off of the internet but don't know where else to go!

Never good to buy clothes on Internet. Must wear and check how you look.

Try Macy's. Those are usually pretty cheap, and really cute. Good Luck!

try tjmaxx..they have alot of high end names like versace,vera wang,etc for really cheap.i'm sure you can find something there that nobody else in your school will have.
