People who do like smoke, or that fear smoke will harm them should avoid places where there is smoke, or where smokers congregate. The government already intrudes on too much of our lives. There is no need to govern every little bit of it. Non-smokers are at risk for cancer from the smog in the air and any number of other causes. How can it be legal to polute the air we all have to breathe?

In Florida you cant smoke in any building, cafe, bowling alley, etc..they even have some beaches now that ban smoking....smokers are almost limited to their own yards or homes.....getting ridiculous if you ask me........
