That's like asking for my favourite food of all time, or favourite book of all time... how can I choose just ONE?
But I'd have to say that "holistic" ranks pretty high for both sound and sense.
"HOLISTIC" - it is enjoyable to say - from its rounded beginning "HO", a kiss-pursed first syllable, through the tip-tongue lightness of "LIS", to the insouciantly-flicked away "TIC"! Its meaning of "emphasizing the organic or functional relation between parts and the whole", of being concerned with the entire system rather than a focused section thereof, and the connotation of completeness and security, is very satisfying. I try not to overuse it, but really, what a wonderful word!

I'd go with antidisestablishmentarianism , I was taught that word (by my parents, because I asked them what the longest word was, I asked a ton of questions as a kid), when I was like 8, and have never forgotten it, although I have no idea what it means lol.
I actually chose it as a bonus spelling word in 2nd grade I believe, we got to choose one word in addition to the 10 the teacher made us learn each week, that we wanted to learn how to spell, the teacher was kind of shocked when I chose that word lol.
