Several times a day for me. My company downsized and decided to overwhelm me with opportunity for growth (without the prosperity part) I'm a little dazed at times.

Everyday.Life is stressful, that is way it is better to take some time off and build up your energy levels.The feelings of going crazy means your physical system is under stress.Don't overwork, don't let people wind you up, off- load excess baggage.
