One of the reasons is that good schools are required to provide appropriate and safe comfort to students so that they and the teachers can study and teach in a more cooperative environment, that is, edutainment. Thus, it is said and hoped that their academic achievements should improve more.

I don't know! Leaky roofs , drafty windows poor lighting and old torn and scribbled in book were good enough for me I sure don't see that they need anything better!
