For some people it does. From personal experience, I find that sleeping with soft, footie, slipper socks in the winter helps me sleep better.

i hate sleeping with socks on. sometimes i do it when it's cold, but i always end up waking up in the middle of the night to take them off. so it doesn't give me a better sleep.

I can't sleep with socks on unless i am super cold but you know it doesn't give you better sleep i don't know where you heard that from?

I'll go to bed with socks on if my feet are cold, but find i wake up in the middle of the night with hot feet so have to take them off.
but then i only wear the big, fluffy, soft bed socks and these are really warm and comfy.

I don't think that there is any special medical reason to sleep with your socks on except maybe if you have diabetes...But I love to sleep with nylons on. I wear pantyhose every night and I love it. I think it looks hotter with my chemise or gown. I always wear a bra and panty to sleep also. Strange I know, but I like it. As far as guy socks, no, I wouldn't wear them to bed...

they feel great on a cold night at first but i find myself taking them off in the middle of the night to get a real good sleep.

i cant sleep with cold feet so therefore i sleep better with them on.i think its a personal thing tho each to their own n all that
