On the basis of their names? I must admit that I have a list of names i stay away from....call me shallow or vacuous if yo ulike but I have found it to be sound and true to form.......I shan't say the names I feel this way about as i don't want to offend anyone.....and do you also find that you know or have met MANY peolel with the same basic name such as Chris or Christine, or a number of Daves?I find this to be true though those are not the names that keep hitting me like a plank to the head, but I have known MANY people withthe same root names...odd???????How about you?

Interesting question. I only avoid the name of my ex - the one that did so much damage it brings up too much resentment and anger to be reminded of him. Thankfully his name isn't common! As for anyone else, I'd grin and bear it if my flame had an unflattering name because it's the person that counts... though I might encourage him to change it. And yes, I've encountered many a Dave, Steve, Chris and Jason (the latter of which is the name of my boyfriend, and the others I know at least one of at any given time).

Flossie and Fannie are just a couple. Those are 19th century names and I'd probably have to dig up the bodies of the women with such names in order to date 'em. Not cool at all!

I would Never Date anyone named: Zach, Roger or any names that sound like a name for an old man. Like "ed" or "Carl". Plus those four names are ppl in my family so that would be kinda weird.

Not so much their names,I base it on their Q's here more often than not..or responses they have to Q's posed..I don't enjoy the offensive ones so I just avoid them...
Yes thats true, name duplication is quite common it seems...Just as some names reflect the era they were born in..I think its cool though..=)
