Yes! That essentially what it is!
Look at the Bush Tax cuts!
Example:
Man A earns $50,000/year and pays lets say $7,000 of income tax
Man B earns $500,000 and pays lets say $70,000 of income tax
If Bush passes a 10% tax cut.
Man A saves $700
Man B saves $7000
Who actually was that tax cut for?
If Bush keeps cutting Taxes how can we pay the $300 Billion War Tab?
Bonus Question:
All those troops dying in Iraq & Afghanistan - Do you think they are from Rich Families or Poor Families
Answer - Poor Families! Thats why the prospect of losing more soldiers doesn't come into the equation for Bush. If those 3,500 dead Troops were from wealthy Families the War would have been over long ago!

I was poor, now I am middle class...I have gotten that way under a Republican President. I hope to become rich but I don't know any poor I could take from to become that way. Wouldn't I have to take from the rich?

The Government is saying that eight(8*) + million American workers do not deserve an honest days pay for an honest days work! They have kept the people in poverty since 1997=$5.15 2010=$7.25!! They gave themselves a $35.000 dollar raise for themselves while denying an increase to poverty level workers!! The increase they are proposing only amounts to 17.6cents an hour for waiting for 12yrs for an increase in the minimum wage!! Would you work for 12yrs for a 17.6cent an hour increase in your paycheck? An honest days pay for an honest days work is not much to expect from any employer!! What would they do if those eight(8*) million workers walked off the job tomorrow until they got paid above poverty level wages? DO THE MATH! 1997=$5.15 2010=$7.25 12yrs!!! Because they increased it on a graduated basis we will not receive the $7.25 until 2010...! NO ONE WHO WORKS FOR A LIVING SHOULD HAVE TO LIVE IN POVERTY!! Are we now suppose to be grateful for waiting 12yrs to receive a 17.6cent an hour increase in our paycheck?? THATS INSANE!! If they want to improve the lives of people working for poverty level wages then they will have to pay wages that will raise them out of poverty!!! To not pay a fair and equitable wage is to keep them in perpetual poverty!! Pay them a fair and equitable wage!!! YOU CAN ENRICH OTHERS AT THE SAME TIME YOUR ENRICHING YOURSELF!!!!!!

I'm making more money now than I ever have! I don't take anything from the poor and prefer that they don't take anything from me. You can donate your paycheck to the poor if you want. Go to work then give half your money to the guy who sits on his as* all day next door!

Other than the dreadful years of 20% inflation under Jimmah Carter and the shame and disgrace of Sick Willy, America has had the good fortune to elect Republicans.
Sick Willy enacted NAFTA moron. Kiss your jobs away because of the disgraced scumbag.

Republicans always look out for the workers. They help them out by taking away their jobs and access to affordable health care all the time
