I bought a new computer but don't want to move all of my music from the old one. I want to keep the old one as a "stereo". Is there any kind of adapter or switcher that will allow me to use the same monitor for both?

you want a KVM cable switch. you plug your keyboard, mouse and monitor into it, and it has two or more sets of cables coming out of it, one set for each pc you want to have share those items. You can get KVM switches for 2 pcs, 4, 6 , and 8. beyond that it gets way difficult. i got mine at compusa last year, for 2 pcs, and it was $20.

Aside from the KVM switch you could also install ultraVNC (http://www.ultravnc.com ) on one machine and then remote-control it from the other. I run a couple of headless machines that way.
