Making a false statement to investigators. I guess he would have been better off if he had stolen classified documents from the Dept of Justice and shreaded them. In the latter, he would have gotten off scott free.

Supposedly perjury. But let me as this: Why do people still think this trial is about the outing of a CIA operative? Nobody was charged with that and since we spent all this money, why, something has to come out of it. Right? Richard Armitage was the big mouth on this one. No one else.

Intentionally blowing the cover of an undercover CIA agent Valerie Plame and maybe even perjury.
All because Joe Wilson, Plame's husband, was critical about the Bush White House. It was a revenge tactic ordered by the White House.
