you cant, all you can do is delete the account, and make a new one at the .com site, once the other account has been deleted for over 90 days, you can make that account again on the ,com site

First go to www.godaddy.com
Click on dot com transfers
Follow the instructions.

You Have to buy a .com domain .. ie www.yoursitename.com
then just redirect to the new domain .
