Most important difference is that oracle is a multi user,whereas Access is single user DBMS.
Also Oracle's features for distributed transactions, materialized views and replication are not available with MS Access. These features enable Oracle to efficiently store data for multinational companies across the globe. Also these features increase scalability of applications based on Oracle.
And it is also more secure.

Oracle is a Multiuser database,it can support a varity of applications.But MS Acces is perform a sigle applications

One important difference is that

We can't create sequence in Microsoft Access.We craete sequence in Oracle.

Oracle database is more secured than MS-Access. Oracle can handle a database having million records very efficiently, but MS-Access has no such quality like Oracle.

ms-access is handel only limited data base.
oracle is handeled huge number of data base.

oracle is u made client validations on db to retrive exact information like pl/sql,triggers,,,,,

oracle is supported oodbms(object oriented database management system)
